Broadening their horizons and looking further afield for their next home, nearly a fifth (19%) of those surveyed said they wanted to move to beach towns now that remote working is the norm. The spread of house hunters in major cities, as well as in seaside and rural areas, underscores the importance of strong connectivity nationwide.
