Rua M&A restructures to provide targeted customer service

A West Michigan M&A firm is restructuring the way it serves clients to deliver a more focused level of service.

Based in Hudsonville Rua M&A, made up of NuVescor Group and Rua Associates, said on Tuesday it was restructuring to create a dedicated focus for each brand.

As part of these changes, President Randy Rua will focus on working with companies that have always been a big part of the NuVescor brand target – support for manufacturing and manufacturing, production, engineering and distribution.

Nick Good, who currently manages buyer negotiations for all NuVescor and Rua Associates projects, will instead focus on working with companies that have been in line with Rua Associates’ target market for information technology, construction / trades and business services. Good, an eight-year NuVescor employee, will now partner with Rua Associates and work on Rua Associates projects. It will also help facilitate internal buyouts and unmarketed sales of companies through a new business entity, NBG Capital. He can be contacted for these functions at [email protected]

Travis Ernst will continue to provide support on the projects he is currently involved in while moving to the Director of Operations with oversight and management of the Operations team.

Rua said the changes will allow the company to better pay close attention to its customers when buying or selling businesses, as well as better adapting to the growth of the business.

For over a decade, Rua M&A has worked in the area of mergers and acquisitions, aligning the interests of buyers and sellers to achieve their personal and financial goals.
